Dinner with tasting menu (meat or fish) at our restaurants: BBAY or Il Rivale.

Dinner includes: starter, first course, second course and dessert.

€ 85 (drinks not included)

€ 100 (drinks included with a bottle of local wine every 2 people)

Home made tortello dumpling stuffed with slowly braised onion, beef stracotto, Grana Padano Riserva mousse and veal jus

Duck breast cooked sous vide and laquered with orange, Jerusalem artichoke in osmosis with cinnamon and honey and plank-seared pak choi
